AI product guide for your website
A chat assistant that only says what you have approved.
Jeeves answers your customers' product questions from the documents you review and approve. Nothing from the open internet. When it does not know, it says so and hands the customer to you.
One script tag to install. Your team keeps the approval click.
You are chatting with an AI assistant. Answers come only from Trailhead's approved product documents.
Does the Trailhead 40 fit a 15-inch laptop?
Yes. The Trailhead 40 has a padded sleeve for laptops up to 16 inches, with a top-loading zip so you can reach it without opening the main compartment.

Can you give me a discount code?
That is not something I can answer from the product documents. The Trailhead team can help.
Contact the teamApproved sources only
It cannot answer from anything your team has not approved.
Every answer cites its source
Customers see which document the answer came from.
Says "I don't know"
No guessing. Off-topic and unknown questions go to your team.
How it works
Live in days, not months.
Three steps, and your team stays in control of every one of them.
-
Step 1
Add your sources
Paste product sheets, FAQs and guides, or add them as versions as they change. Every version is kept.
-
Step 2
Review and approve
Your specialist reads each version and clicks approve. Only approved versions can ever reach a customer.
-
Step 3
Publish and embed
Publish the approved set, then paste one script tag into your site. Roll back to any earlier publication in one click.
Why Jeeves
Most chatbots improvise. Yours should not.
A generic assistant will happily invent a return policy or a dosage. Jeeves is built so that it cannot.
| Question | Generic chatbot | Jeeves |
|---|---|---|
| Where do answers come from? | Its training data and the open internet | Documents your team approved, and nothing else |
| What happens when it does not know? | It guesses | It says so and hands over to your team |
| Can the customer check the answer? | No | Yes, every answer lists its source document and version |
| Does it tell people it is an AI? | Sometimes | Always, with the disclosure text you set |
| Who controls what it can say? | The model vendor | You: topics, handoffs, wording and sources, published in versions you can roll back |
Built for trust
Safe by construction, not by prompt.
The guardrails are in the product, not in a sentence you hope the model obeys.
AI disclosure built in
Every conversation opens with your disclosure text, so customers always know they are talking to an AI.
Your data stays yours
Each customer's sources and conversations are isolated in their own tenant, enforced in the database itself.
No specialist advice
Medical, legal or financial questions are handed to a human, whatever the customer types.
Signed widget, verified origin
The widget only runs on the domains you allow, with keys your site holds and can rotate.
Questions
Before you ask.
- Does it work with my website platform?
- Yes. The widget is one script tag, so it runs on any site that lets you add a script: Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, a custom build.
- What if a customer asks something not in our documents?
- Jeeves says it cannot answer that and offers the handoff you configured: a contact form, a phone number, or live chat.
- How long does it take to launch?
- Days. We load your first sources together, your approver signs them off, the launch test runs, and you paste the script tag.
